I am a RESALAW (R.A. 9646) compliant, authorized and registered with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), a licensed real estate broker, 2025 BOARD OF TRUSTEE of Real Estate Brokers Associations of the Philippines (REBAP) Baguio-Benguet, a member of KIWANIS International Club (KC Diamond Baguio-Benguet). I am a graduate of St. Louis University, Baguio City. My hometown is Calamba City, Laguna. I started in Camp John Hay, Baguio City, a Special Economic Zone. An area was awarded through the participation of a private sector to develop and maximize existing open spaces for vertical and horizontal structures. I have been a part of this property sales development. Currently, I am engaged in sub-leasing the units a secured place to stay on purpose for business, educational center, and leisure. Expanding the territory, I am an accredited Property Specialist of Suntrust Properties, Inc., a wholly owned company Megaworld Group of Companies.
